Requirements in Genesys, Cisco and Nortel

All,

I have the following requirements immediately

Genesys

* GVP, IBM Direct Talk – New Zealand
* Genesys CTI – Min 2 yrs experience in Genesys – Ipswich, UK – Long Term
* Genesys CTI – Min 2 yrs experience in CTI – 6 resources and will be placed in India. Location will not be constraint.

Nortel

* Nortel Periphonics – 2 to 3 yrs experience – Noida, India

Cisco

* Cisco ICM, IPCC, IPT – 8 resources for Pune, India. Will be initailly placed in UK/Nedherlands for transition/training
